Our main session takes place on a Monday night and is led by one of our qualified leaders, delivering a mixed programme of training that is designed to help members improve their pace, endurance and general fitness.

Monday – 6:15pm

Meeting: Middleton Park Golf Club, Leeds, LS10 3TN

Distance: 3-4miles.

(Suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced runners)

Each session will focus on one of the following:

  • Hill work (for strength and speed)
  • Running drills (to improve technique)
  • Intervals / repeats (to improve pace)

Wednesday – 6:30pm

Distance: 5-6miles, with stops

(Suitable for intermediate and advanced runners)

Thursday – 6:00pm

Meeting: Stadium Building reception, John Charles Centre for Sport, LS11 5DJ

Distance: 6-10miles, without stops
